If I walk on a treadmill I&#8217;m not to\u00a0use the incline option but the weather is finally clearing so I think I do my walking outside.<\/p>\n<p>I do have to complete 40 reps of my newly assigned exercise before I can go walking and have to immediately ice my knee once the walk is done. Of course I still have to keep doing the other 4 exercises she&#8217;s assigned as well.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m hoping I&#8217;ll get cleared to go back to Curves when I see her next week. I expect the leg machines will still be out of the question, but I should be able to manage to &#8220;rest&#8221; stations now. In the meantime, I&#8217;m still lifting weights (arms, back, shoulders, abs) 3x a week. If you can call the piddly 15-25lbs I&#8217;m managing lifting.
