And that percentage has nearly halved from the year before, when it was 7%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>IED\u2019s continue to be the single greatest threat to Canadian life in Kandahar, and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
