To help mitigate the costs, the hubby and I trade in our areoplan miles for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chapters.ca\">chapters.ca<\/a> gift certificates. Moore<\/li>\n<li>Born In Death &#8211; JD Robb<\/li>\n<li>You Suck Lp &#8211; Christopher Moore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I also had an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\">Amazon.com<\/a> gift certificate burning a hole in my online account that was given to me by <a href=\"http:\/\/westofmars.blogspot.com\/\">Susan<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/writingaspirations.blogspot.com\/\">Erica<\/a> as part of their <a href=\"http:\/\/writingaspirations.blogspot.com\/2007\/02\/debut-contest-reviews-list.html#links\">Debut a Debut<\/a> contest prizes.
