Psychologists will be debating for years about who&#8217;s psychosis this indicates more about.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/valianthosting.ca\/clients\/daemon\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/rokingirlbloggger.jpg\" alt=\"rokingirlbloggger.jpg\" id=\"image473\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/valianthosting.ca\/clients\/daemon\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/awesomeguyblogger.jpg\" alt=\"awesomeguyblogger.jpg\" id=\"image474\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rockin&#8217; Girl Blogger <em>AND<\/em> the Awesome Guy Blogger were started by a lady by the name of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.robertaferguson.com\/\">Roberta Ferguson<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.robertaferguson.com\/2007\/06\/18\/why-not-start-something\/\">Rockin&#8217; Girl Blogger<\/a> came first and then she came out with the <a href=\"http:\/\/newblogger.net\/2007\/06\/20\/something-for-the-guys\/\">Awesome Guy Blogger<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The problem is I don&#8217;t think there&#8217;s a single blogger left that I read who *hasn&#8217;t* received this award. Ergo, I&#8217;m just going to award it to whomever I feel like &#8211; whether or not they&#8217;ve already received one in the past. It goes without saying that I think <a href=\"http:\/\/aspotoft.typepad.com\/\">Joy<\/a> deserves one.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The crew at <a href=\"http:\/\/dustmybroom.com\">Dust My Broom<\/a> deserve both a Rocking Girl Blogger (for Lisa) and a bunch of Awesome Guy Bloggers.<\/li>\n<li>Cammi of <a href=\"http:\/\/writteninc.blogspot.com\/\">Written Inc.<\/a> fame tops my individual Awesome Guy Blogger list for his thought provoking posts, &#8220;Caption This&#8221; contests, and for always allowing me to post days late in his comments.<\/li>\n<li>Sirdar of <a href=\"http:\/\/sirdar.wordpress.com\/\">Sirdar Inc.<\/a> has already received the Awesome Guy Blogger award from Joy, but I&#8217;m reissuing a commemortative issue to him for making me feel like less of a freakish clutz. I may have broken a foot when I get up off of a couch, but at least my leg wasn&#8217;t hairy *grin*Sidebar your Honour? What&#8217;s with all these <em>Inc<\/em>.&#8217;s in male blogger&#8217;s blog titles? Is that a sign that the content is going to be great? The secret to success? Do we women need to follow this trend?<\/li>\n<li>Laughing Muse at <a href=\"http:\/\/titledeleted.com\/\">Title Deleted for Security Reasons<\/a> gets a Rocking&#8217; Girl Blogger award.. She makes me laugh, she makes me cry, she gives awesome advice to the unemployed and generally puts up with my crankiness. Oh, and she&#8217;s not afraid to go on a short unexplained hiatus. I like that it a blogger &#8211; possibly because I&#8217;ve been known to do it before? &#8211; keeps me on my toes.<\/li>\n<li>Haley-O at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cheatymonkey.com\/\">The Cheaty Monkey<\/a> deserves a crayon bucket full of Rocking Girl Blogger awards. She makes me laugh, she&#8217;s a mommy blogger I&#8217;m perfectly happy to read, and she&#8217;s worth her (considerably expanding as the pregnancy reaches it&#8217;s end) weight in gold!<\/li>\n<li>Susan Helen of <a href=\"http:\/\/westofmars.blogspot.com\/\">West of Mars<\/a> and Erica of <a href=\"http:\/\/writingaspirations.blogspot.com\/\">Writing Aspirations<\/a> (please let it be spelt with a &#8220;c&#8221; and not a &#8220;k&#8221;) earned their Rockin&#8217; Girl Blogger awards through blood (blisters on typing fingers), sweat (does this plot element fit with the rest of the book) and tears (joy and pain, I&#8217;m sure). Both are extremely talented writers in their own right, but I smooshed them together so I&#8217;d have room to add<\/li>\n<li>Rhian of <a href=\"http:\/\/creativegoddesses.blogspot.com\/\">From My Brain to Yours<\/a> also gets to raise high the female version of the award. I did debate long and hard on this one because I&#8217;m not sure you can top an <a href=\"http:\/\/creativegoddesses.blogspot.com\/2007\/07\/happy-4th-and-brand-new-uber-dork.html\">Uber-Dork award<\/a>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Oh, who am I kidding, I&#8217;ll never keep the list it down to 5 female bloggers &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.christinedabo.com\/blog\/\">Christine d&#8217;Abo<\/a> deserves one too! Skip the fact that we attended the same university (not at the same time) and worked in the same fields (before I jumped ship), she&#8217;s always a refreshing reminder of home. I love the mountains, but Christine always reminds me that sometimes you gotta play in the water.<\/li>\n<li>Uisce at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whiskeytalking.com\/\">Whiskey Talking<\/a> gets an Awesome Guy Blogger award.
