The underdog.\u00a0 The odd man out.\u00a0 What have you.\u00a0 I like to shop in the small, unique stores and purchase art from local artists.  I support those who do things a bit differently.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps that&#8217;s why I&#8217;ve been buying a lot of things over the interweebs lately.  Paypal is considering awarding me a shiny crown and scepter (sha &#8216;right). I&#8217;ve bought the <a href=\"http:\/\/drhorrible.com\/\">Dr. Horrible<\/a> videos, soundtrack and t-shirts.  I&#8217;m eagerly awaiting the DVD. I&#8217;ve filled my hankering&#8217;s for Firefly goodies by supporting <a href=\"http:\/\/community.kidsneedtoread.org\/\">Kids Need To Read<\/a> auctions and have selected and ordered comic prints from <a href=\"http:\/\/hijinksensue.com\/\">HijiNKS Ensue<\/a>. I&#8217;ve got <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watchtheguild.com\/\">The Guild<\/a> season one on DVD (well, I will as soon as I get it back from Dr. D) and am eagerly awaiting the release of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.effinfunny.com\/legend-of-neil\">Legend of Neil<\/a> episodes on iTunes Canada.  Oh, and I want a T-shirt too Sandeep!<\/p>\n<p>Supporting innovated and talented artists means that they can continue the work they do.\u00a0 Thus, you can continue to be amused.\u00a0 I was thrilled to see the announcement of release of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watchtheguild.com\/official-guild-tees-now-available\/\">The Guild<\/a> T-shirts over at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jinx.com\/member\/412508?bid=47\">J!NX<\/a>.\u00a0 Imagine how sad I am to discover that the shirts aren&#8217;t yet available for sale.\u00a0 Every time I visit the page I see the &#8220;<em>coming soon<\/em>&#8221; message.\u00a0 ARGH!\u00a0 I feel like a toddler in a toy store.\u00a0 I want one NOW!<\/p>\n<p>And so should you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>But I still think you should spend equal amounts on charitable giving.
