Didn’t get as much accomplished today as I would have liked. Then again, the day isn’t over yet.

Got a great start to my day. My new boss called to welcome me to my new job and give me some information regarding where I will be meeting up with her on the first day of work. I really like the amount of contact I’ve had with my new employers these past few days. It’s nice to be wanted.

A few minutes later I got a call for an interview for a job I’d applied for many weeks ago. It paid more than the one I accepted but wasn’t really what I was looking for so I didn’t feel too bad turning down the interview. A few of my co-workers also applied for the job. Hopefully they’ll get calls for interviews for the position and find it more to their liking.

After the call I spent the remainder of the morning studying symptoms and treatment for PTSD. The afternoon was spent picking up groceries and searching for shoes.

No luck in the shoe department. The ones I liked were all too big to fit properly. Think I’ll put off looking for dress shoes for a few more days. I really dislike shoe shopping!

Expect I’ll be spending the evening working on Stats homework. Can’t put it off forever…
